AU - Maid academy Melfar
Melfar academy is interdimensionally known as the place for maids to learn the fineries of their line of work. Not only will aspiring maids learn how to clean and serve their future mistress or master, but they will also learn other skills. Skills that are a great boon, particularly in this dangerous world of intrigue and war. Maids graduating from melfar come with a wide array of combat abilities, particularly focused on bodyguarding and assassination. It is said that a maid of melfar can singlehandedly serve afternoon tea and delightful snacks with one hand, while her other hand keeps enemy assassins at bay and stops them from interrupting

November task 2019 - Filling the library
Hello dearies~ :blowkiss:
As many of you know, the academy holds a rather extensive library. A place that is not only the home of everyone's favorite sprite and teacher Ina, but also a place where books are stored.
Shocking, I know :thumb509668259:
Now, you may wonder what kind of books are stored there... which is exactly the point of this task. :D
I'm challenging you all to fill the library's shelves with actual books!
Some time ago in an RP, a bunch of book titles were generated as students searched for a specific book for reasearch. I'd love it, if some of those could become more than just titles and actually gain life in the academy
Strange flyers of voting - update

Flyers with the simple title "Rank voting of melfar academy" handwritten on lavender colored paper with dark purple ink have been appearing all over the academy and the surrounding village. No one quite knows who distributed them, though some of the brighter minds quickly traced the style of writing back to the little headmistress herself.
Melfara of course denies all connections to the flyers, though suspiciously she does often fail to hide a giggle or smirk when they are mentioned. Even the fact that she was supposedly in a conference with her staff during the time that the flyers first appeared didn't really speak for her

Ezhyllia currently has 15 swords in her possesion. At this point she knows how to use nine of them.
She has basic knowledge of magic. An example is bending the light around an object, making it seem invisible. She can use simple magic like this, but
really prefers using her swords. This doesn't mean she isn't keen to study magic, as she does it for the purpose of using it when needed.
A link to a list of her swords will be in the description once I've completed it.
Ezhyllia has an ability that makes her psuedo-immortal; Once she recieves fatal wounds or is slain, she is ressurected at the point she was ten minutes ago.
Her storage can be used to confuse and trick her adversaries, since she instantaneously can store and withdraw items from it. She can only store that
which she owns herself. No one can access this space but Ezhyllia... and Wrench (Xe is a monster!)
As time passes in the academy, she will also learn offensive and defensive magic. She also has the potential to become indefinitely powerful,
given tremendous time. Her only limit is the limit the world she currently resides in dictates.
Disregarding her currently puny magic, Ezhyllia uses all available to her that she owns. This even includes the protective metal
of her armour. Adaptability and flexibility are great for any situation. Ezhyllias inventory of different swords offers her this, but
one cannot prepare for any situation. I believe this rule applies to anything.
A good offence is a great defence - Only responding to her opponent's moves, blocking all to her best ability and trying to find
even the slightest opening in their assault to strike relentlessy, swiftly and only once each time such an opening shows itself.
This is, according to Ezhyllia, a boring strategy, but her best.
A good defence is a great offence - Like a maniac, free from all restrictions of her earlier worlds, she charges at her adversary
as if she had no regard for her safety. Do not be fooled, as she is ready to turn around any counterstrike with a wicked or flashy
move, like somersaulting to use her shinguard in parry and finishing it with an attack, brandishing sword of choice.
Both of these strategies prefer to use counterstrikes as the main offensive move. *hint-hint*

Wait... personal? Oh, so the details about the "defensive"
strategy!
What Ezhyllia wants to do when in this agressive assault
is to be able to attack and defend at the same time.
It is basically a fast-forward version of the "offensive"
strategy where she also attacks instead of idling.
The idéa is to use as many flashy or not flashy moves
in the shortest possible time span. An example is to ...
*realization* Oh my god. Ezhyllia's storage is possibly
overpowered... or not. Back to topic!
An example is to in the middle of a swing, store the
weapon currently in motion, withdraw another or the
same sword in another position, and use the momentum
to not lose the potential force of the initial attack.
She also likes to use her shinguards and the armour on
her arms for blocking and parrying in this fighting style.
The points on her shinguards at her knees can even
possibly serve as weapons in particularly flashy attacks.
Another tool at her disposal is her will to be like a leaf in
the wind in battle, dancing around the swipes and
assaults of her opponenets while being the one dealing
the true swiping and assaulting.
In her mind, Ezhyllia is truly a techical fighter.

Blade length: 60cm
Blade material: Brass
Sword weight: 2032g
This weapon is a double-edged shortsword with a beautiful leaf-like formed blade. Made of brass, one would think the sword won't hold for much, but surprisingly it is unnaturally more flexible and durable than it should be. This is most likely due to the magic holding the flames within the sword. The sword also doesn't glow.
It's temperature is a constant 3114oC. Because of this, Ezhyllia prefers to keep it away from her other swords. - A Rapier, Stream

Blade material: Water and steel, forged into an alloy by unknown means.
Sword weight: 449g
A rapier blessed with the power to call forth streams of water in the direction it is swung or thrust. The size of the stream is by default that of a shower, but can be changed with the will of the holder. Likewise, the power and at the same time speed of the stream is controlled by how powerfully the rapier is thrust or swung. The power will also be diminished or amplified depending on the size of the stream called forth.
(In a comical sense, you could think of it as a water gun.) - A cutlass, Unnamed

Blade material: Steel compressed to the point it no longer can be compressed by mundane means.

The cutlass' sheath is finely decorated, indicating that a highly skilled blacksmith made it, or a possibility of a magic craftsmanship.
It's handle and guard is sculptured into a dragon's head, and, though made of iron, the hardness of the guard far surpasses the blade, which can cut anything up to but not massive iron or rocks. (Both the iron and rocks are massive) - A smaller flammard, Unnamed

Blade material: Copperlike with white veins running over it. Cold to the touch, and behaving like glass with the durability of steel.

Instead of a normal crossguard, there are several crossing each other, creating six smaller steel blades for an all-out offensive weapon. These smaller blades are also flamed (Flambards) and have inscriptions on them. - A straight sword with hooks, Feayst

This peculiar sword has three sets of hooks on it's blade curving downwards. The crossguard is V-shaped, and instead of a pommel, there is another dual hook at the end of the handle.
Ezhyllia has come to the conclusion that this sword is made to disarm the enemy. - A nihon tou (Katana), Name Withheld

Scabbard blade length: 130cm
Blade material: Greatly compressed coal in it's edge, crystallized red in the edges of it's groove. The rest of the blade is made out of a transparent material unknown to Ezhyllia.
Scabbard material: Solid mana from spells bringing light. The etchings are made through magic. White. Looks like ebony.
Sword weight: 515g
Scabbard weight: 923g
It's scabbard is decorated with bizarre etchings of bewinged creatures with exoskeletons, their anatomy warped by red patterns. The sword itself has a blood-red handle with a blade clear and transparent as air, it's edge made of compressed coal, close to diamond in it's hardness. To complete the work of art is a red crystal marking the edges of it's groove.
When the blade leaves it's scabbard, the scabbard transforms into it's counterpart to a sword, though guardless.
This is Ezhyllia's definite favourite sword, but she has been advised to not use it by Koji Tachibana. - A curved broadsword, Unnamed

Blade width: 4,5cm-14cm
Blade material: Jade-like in colour, gradually lighter towards the edge. A mineral with high density.
Sword weight: 3230g
The broadsword had no guard, and rings are fastened at the blade's back.
When brought out of the storage, the blade is frozen and will not move however one tries. Instead of the blade moving itself, a spectral invisible version completes the slash, and any movement the sword would've made as a result from the owner manipulating it. - A bizarrely shaped sword, Unnamed

Blade material: Magically tempered steel
Sword weight: 1254g
A short metal wire replaces it's pommel. This wire can stretch up to 85 metres, allowing Ezhyllia to throw this sword over and over again, giving her the possibility to partake in ranged combat. - A sentient falchion, Unnamed
